The End and the Beginning
Almost everyone knows that I have a space
in an Antique Store here in Enumclaw; Porter Antiques.
Sharon Porter is the proprietor and has been in this 'business' for several years.
She has recently decided to 'opt out' of being the shop proprietor,
preferring to focus on being a vendor instead.
After some thought, the opportunity
to rent a smaller space has led me to the decision
to become the proprietor and
Sharon (aka Porter Antiques) will be a vendor in
The Vintage Garden.
I will continue to be '58 Vintage Faire' but since the space we will share
is the front of Young's Flowers, the local Florist...
I opted for a store name that will represent both aspects of our joint venture.
We are only moving across the street!
...and we've got matching notices up in our windows...
We have a Facebook page...
We have a phone (smart phone, actually)...
I'll post the number when I get it all 'set up'.
Porter Antiques is hosting a joint sale with Young's Flowers
this weekend (March 15,16,17) to clear out some old stuff
(hahaha, no pun intended!)...
and make way for some 'new' stuff for the 'new' store.
Hope you'll all drop back by to find out more of the details as they develop...
